Dunce Caps Back In Fashion
The “too cool for school” look is also back in.
SASKATOON—Dunce caps have been taking the world by storm ever since Josh T. Wildcard’s hot new book: Cheese Screams #1: The Curse of the Mighty Angus, Part 1, hit Amazon shelves.
When teachers everywhere saw the effect wearing a dunce cap had on the book’s titular brat, they quickly realized the folly of ever doing away with such an effective punishment.
What backfired was that kids actually want to wear the ancient pointed headwear now, due to the book’s staggering popularity. According to reports, this confusion has made the nation’s children worse-behaved than ever before, as their teachers are giving them exactly what they want.
“It’s my Monteray Pumpernickle cosplay!” 10-year-old Sammy Jones of Saskatoon Christian School proudly stated.
“I just don’t get it,” her frustrated teacher, Ms. Grace, informed us. “I don’t know what a “cosplay” is, but if Cheese Screams has taught me anything, it’s the effect a dunce cap can have on a misbehaving child.”
By the time The Curse of the Mighty Angus Part 2 is released, fashion experts predict dunce caps overtaking Lids in popularity.
